This notice explains how Wondertabs Pte. Ltd. (“Wondertabs”, “we”) collects, uses and protects personal data through www.wondertabs.com and intro.wondertabs.com, in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

• When you send an enquiry: your name, work email, company (if you give it), the services and budget you choose, your message, how you heard about us (on www.wondertabs.com), and the address of the page you sent it from.
• When you email or call us: whatever you choose to share with us.
• When you visit: the providers that host and deliver these sites keep standard technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and secure the sites.
• How you found us: if you arrive from one of our ads or a tagged link, your browser keeps a note of which ad, campaign and search term it was (or, otherwise, which site you came from) and the first page you saw, for up to 90 days. The note is a cookie shared by our websites (wondertabs.com, intro.wondertabs.com, foundry.wondertabs.com and sitecheck.wondertabs.com), so it stays with you if you move between them. It is sent to us only with an enquiry, so we know what brought you.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics to see how the sites are used, such as the pages viewed, how far people scroll, and their device and approximate location. We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors move through a page as anonymised session replays and heatmaps; it masks what you type into forms. Both use cookies. intro.wondertabs.com also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies.
• Testing page versions: on intro.wondertabs.com we use Webflow Optimize to show different versions of the page and see which works better. It uses cookies so you keep seeing the same version.
• Advertising measurement: these sites use Google’s advertising tag. It sets cookies and records when a visit ends in an enquiry, so we can tell which of our ads work. When you send an enquiry, it also passes Google a hashed (one-way encoded) form of your email address, so Google can tell whether the enquiry came from one of our ads. If the enquiry turns out to be a good fit, or later becomes a project, we may tell Google that too, using the ad click it came from or the same hashed email address. Google may also use these cookies to show our ads to people who have visited these sites; you can turn off personalised ads at adssettings.google.com.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and talk with you about your project.
• To keep a record of our conversations with you and how each enquiry went.
• To measure which of our ads lead to enquiries and projects, and to show our ads to people who have visited these sites.
• To understand how the sites are used, so we can improve them.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not add you to a mailing list from an enquiry.

Your consent

By sending an enquiry, you agree to us using your details for the purposes above. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us. We will then stop, though we may no longer be able to help with your enquiry.

Who handles it for us

• Webflow hosts these sites, receives the enquiry forms and delivers each enquiry to our inbox.
• Cloudflare delivers intro.wondertabs.com and counts its visits.
• Make passes each enquiry from the form to our enquiry records.
• Airtable keeps our record of enquiries and how each one went.
• Google provides the advertising tag, Google Analytics and Google Sheets, which we use to tell Google Ads how enquiries went.
• Microsoft provides Clarity.
• Our team in Singapore, Australia, Thailand and Indonesia may read your enquiry in order to respond to it.

Some of this happens outside Singapore. Where your personal data is transferred overseas, we take steps to make sure it is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and our replies for as long as we need them to respond to you, to work together, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that we delete them.

How we protect it

The sites are served only over HTTPS, enquiries go from the form to our inbox and our enquiry records, and access to both is limited to our team.

Access and correction

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used, and ask us to correct it. Write to our Data Protection Officer at hello@wondertabs.com. We will reply within 30 days.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this notice. The date at the top shows the latest version.
