WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Web Designer (UI/UX) with us, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting cohesive brand identities that resonate with the core values and purpose of our clients' businesses. Your work will include:

• Design user-centered website interfaces for both desktop and mobile platforms.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and visual design mockups.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve interface design and functionality.
• Maintain consistency in visual language across projects and platforms.
• Translate client briefs into compelling user experiences.
• Interactive Design Development: Craft engaging and immersive interactive designs for both clients and the company, elevating the user experience and brand engagement.
• Collaboration and Presentation: Present finalized ideas and concepts to the team or client, working closely with departments to ensure alignment and cohesion in day-to-day responsibilities.
• Deliverable Management: Manage the execution of all creative deliverables, ensuring they meet project schedules and deadlines while maintaining overall quality and design consistency.
• Adaptability and Multitasking: Efficiently multitask and react quickly to shifting priorities, assisting in any other marketing duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned.

WHAT YOU'VE DONE

• Strong portfolio with UI/UX web design projects (responsive websites, landing pages, etc.).
• Proficiency in tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Understanding of usability principles, accessibility, and interaction design.
• Experience collaborating with developers and stakeholders from concept to execution.
