WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an HR Manager with us,  lead HR practices that build a vibrant, inclusive, and high-performing culture—overseeing recruitment, onboarding, performance, and employee experience. Your work will include:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies that reflect our values and support business needs.
• Support leadership and team leads in performance reviews, learning & development, and team structuring.
• Manage employee engagement, well-being, and conflict resolution with empathy and professionalism.
• Handle HR operations, including contracts, records, and compliance matters.
• Maintain a positive workplace culture that values open communication and personal growth.
• Adaptability and Multitasking: Efficiently multitask and react quickly to shifting priorities, assisting in any other marketing duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned.

• Strong foundation in human resources management or people operations.
• Deep understanding of employment regulations and HR best practices.
• Experience managing people processes in a fast-paced or creative environment.
