WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Brand Strategist with us, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting cohesive brand identities that resonate with the core values and purpose of our clients' businesses. Your work will include:

  • Develop brand strategies that define purpose, positioning, personality, voice, and visual direction.
  • Conduct research and competitive analysis to uncover market opportunities and consumer insights.
  • Interactive Design Development: Craft engaging and immersive interactive designs for both clients and the company, elevating the user experience and brand engagement.
  • Campaign Concept and Design: Lead the creative concept and design development of company or client campaigns, translating business and marketing needs into impactful visual concepts that enhance creative strength.
  • Collaboration and Presentation: Present finalized ideas and concepts to the team or client, working closely with departments to ensure alignment and cohesion in day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Deliverable Management: Manage the execution of all creative deliverables, ensuring they meet project schedules and deadlines while maintaining overall quality and design consistency.
  • Adaptability and Multitasking: Efficiently multitask and react quickly to shifting priorities, assisting in any other marketing duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned.

WHAT YOU'VE DONE

  • 7+ years of experience in brand strategy or strategic communications, preferably within an agency.
  • Strong portfolio or case studies showcasing brand development work from concept to execution.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and research skills.
  • A deep understanding of branding principles, audience behavior, and market trends.
  • Ability to lead workshops, guide client discussions, and distill complex information into actionable strategy.
